Stripe → Business Central

Every Stripe event, provably posted to Business Central.

BC Backoffice sits between Stripe and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a durable, replayable record of every webhook — so nothing posts twice, nothing goes missing, and nothing needs blind trust.

No credentials to move money. No self-serve sign-up. Sold through BC implementation partners.

Why partners trust it

The plumbing your client's finance team can actually audit.

The middleware layer is a commodity. What isn't is being able to show, line by line, exactly what happened to every event Stripe sent.

01 — ACCESS

Read-only Stripe key, always.

BC Backoffice only ever requests read access to Stripe. It cannot move money, issue a refund, or touch a customer record — it can only see what already happened.

02 — REPLAY

Every event is replayable, not re-keyed.

Each webhook is stored exactly as Stripe sent it before anything is packaged or posted. If Business Central was offline, or a mapping needed correcting, the original event is replayed — never manually recreated.

03 — STRUCTURE

One Configuration per client, cleanly scoped.

Each client sits in its own Configuration under your partner organisation. Nothing crosses between clients, and who can see what is clear at a glance — no shared tenancy to reason about.

The loop

From webhook to ledger, in three steps.

The same sequence, every time — nothing skips ahead of the audit trail.

01

Stripe sends the event

A checkout, invoice, refund, or payout fires a webhook the moment it happens in Stripe — no polling, no delay.

02

BC Backoffice records it

The event is stored durably and timestamped before anything else happens to it. This record is what makes replay possible later.

03

Posted for review, not buried in the ledger

The event lands in Business Central as an unposted General Journal line — reviewed by your client's finance team before it commits.

If a post fails or a mapping was wrong, the original event replays from step two — the finance team never re-enters anything by hand.

Built for BC implementation partners

Sold through partners, not around them.

BC Backoffice isn't a client-facing app competing for your relationship. It's the audit trail layer you add to a Business Central engagement that already involves Stripe — you keep the client conversation, we handle the plumbing.

We're currently onboarding a small number of design partners, priced per Configuration and invoiced directly to you. Every engagement starts with a sandbox, not a sales call.

Onboarding a small number of design partners now.

Tell us about your client's Stripe setup and where Business Central needs to catch up. We'll set up a sandbox Configuration to try it against.
